The past year has seen speeds and connections to Netflix deteriorate with those using Comcast.
There are some estimates that 30% of Internet traffic in the United States can be attributed to Netflix.
Netflix recently signed a deal with Comcast. Deals are very murky- except suffice to say now Netflix basically pays a fee to Comcast.. for the right to stream over their cable waves.
Nobody admits to throttling Netflix speeds- however last month Netflix on Comcast cable service gained a noticeable speed bump. See chart below.
